Throughout the Christmas period, at  Porro showroom, Via Durini 15 in Milan, you will be able to discover Sundial, the new wall clock designed by Swedish design team Front to capture the magical moments of your Christmas festivities.

In a red coloured exhibition space, where even the showcases are transformed into large clocks that mark the passage of time with their matt silver and red hour and minute hands - lights scenographically illuminating the street - the latest creation, born from the association between the designers and the contemporary furniture brand which is famous for its immediately identifiable style and the high quality of its proposals stands out on the wall for its whiteness and perfect circular form.

A metal disk with a diameter of 55cm presents the 12 hours applied perpendicularly to the base, which are only legible by their shadows cast on the white surface. This is an unusual solution, which when seen frontally is transformed into a composition of parallel lines and when seen from the side is a fun overlapping of numbers.
Projections, light and shadows, optical illusions, three-dimensionality and a touch of poetry: the Scandinavian designers once again concentrate all the themes typical of their project research, reconciling formal simplicity and richness of suggestions, into a single object to hang on your wall.

In the exhibition itinerary through their most famous projects, also on show all their poetic creations conceived for this brand, such as the Black and White wardrobe, the Balancing Boxes container unit, the Mirror Table mirror and the Shadow Light floor lamp, which are capable of fitting delicately into any context; and to respond precisely to the needs of those who, in their own home or in the workplace, do not want to renounce to emotions, without foregoing the aesthetic quality and technology which distinguish the brand’s furnishings.
