Opened during Salone del Mobile 2004, DURINIQUINDICI showroom, with an exhibition space of 350 m2 is the privileged field of expression and epicentre of Porro in Milan.
Located in one of the most important and well-known design streets of the city, was projected by Piero Lissoni to better reflect the company philosophy, conjugating the quality of the artisan tradition, which characterizes the brand born in 1935, with the most sophisticated contemporary production technologies.
The interior is made of two open-space floors - a ground floor and a basement-, fully lighted thanks to large windows on the walls, facing the street.
The staircase was re-studied in 2006, to make moving around more fluid, leaving more space free for the layout design.
The choice of a single white colour for floors, walls and ceilings, widens the environments visually, enriching them with light, functioning at the same time as a neutral backdrop that does not distract the attention away from the product, but rather brings out its forms and colours.
Halfway between a house and a shop, DURINIQUINDICI is a showroom where the rational point of view of the project combines with the great emotional charge produced by a furniture piece.
